ENERGY ACT FOR UKRAINE FOUNDATION
Opening date: January 23, 2025
From the first days of the full-scale invasion, Nemishayevo Lyceum No. 2 became a shelter for the residents of the settlement who could not evacuate. People hid in the school basement during missile attacks, while teachers and administration cooked food for everyone in need.
During 37 days of occupation, the school suffered significant damage—windows and doors were shattered, the roof was damaged, and multiple strikes hit the school grounds, leading to irreparable tragedies. However, the settlement was liberated, the educational institution was restored, and it is now being developed according to modern, sustainable, and eco-friendly standards.
The solar power station provides electricity to primary school classrooms, the IT classroom, the shelter, and outdoor lighting.
